Returns and Refunds:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. However, if you receive a damaged product due to shipping mishandling or if your order is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it for you.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the replacement process, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once we've assessed the damage, we will promptly ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Lost in Transit:
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to track down your package. If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement order to you promptly.
